As a Skill Development Partner of Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering (DCE), numerous sessions of Career Enablement Program was conducted to around 600 students, to make them understand the IT industry expectations, how they can equip themselves to exceed those expectations and become a strong contender to get placed in top organizations of the industry.
Detailed IT Industry oriented Skill development workshops and Career enablement program was conducted to around 300+ students, enabling them to understand real time application of software engineering principles, OOAD and data engineering skills.
Hands-on, multi-week training and workshop, conducted at 360 Ripples premises, fully focused towards placing the fresher's across Tier-1, 2 and 3 IT companies. The candidates were trained on most popular technologies and selective latest technologies.
A cross skilling program for MGR medical college employees. The employees were crosskiled from PostgresSQL to MYSQL concepts. They were trained on the programming aspects of MYSQL and how typically a applciation tier integrates with MySQL. This was a 5 days program with the learning objective of making the employees productive. The employees were trained on data manipulation and data mining.
As part of this program we enrolled graduates who were not placed in their campus drives and looking out for a job. We trained them fro 2.5 months on Spring boot and we deployed them in BpmLinks as Spring boot developers.
We collaborated with corporates and conducted on campus placement drive. The HR provided the offer letters to the selected candidates. The selected students were trained for 2.5 months on full stack development and placed in organizations.
It was party time we reached 120 placements in the year 2018~2019. Every placements done were for development roles in companies like Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Bpm Links , Oasys Corp & TCS. We were very happy to see our students not only getting placed but getting multiple offers cause of their technical skills. For instance students who were trained on full stack engineering got placements in 3 companies TCS,Cognizant and Tech Mahindra. Wish them all the best.
We delivered a end to end learning solution for Oasys corp. We transformed 25 freshers as full stack engineers. Not only we transformed we also identified the inherent capabilities of the learners and provided a capability profiling report to the managers. This helped them in deploying the employees based on their skills and the project compexities, this resulted in maximising the productivity and inturn improving delivery excellence. We delivered astonishing business impacts time to productivity was less than 50 days.
Launch of our first in house designed learning solution LEAP 2.0 for Digital transformation of our learner. We successfully trained freshers as digital engineers who cna not only work on middle tier components but also can work on developing responsive front ends. LEAP 1.0 saw business impacts delivered by the associates in 2 months. LEAP 2.0 aim is to reach business impacts in less than 30 days.
We conducted a massive workshop for 1600 students in 4 days at Panimalar Engineering College. A workshop which will ignite the minds of millennial's on the future skills. Highlighting the importance of digital skills for more growth opportunities in IT sector. We were very happy to see the tremendous response of the students. With learning platforms becoming ubiquitous all our next gen's need is guidance and mentoring which could take them to great heights.
A 25 days learning solution to transform the hired freshers as full stack developers and automation test engineers.The program was successfully delivered by our experts. The learners were not just trained on technology but also some of the best practises IT practitioners follow.
2020 a year which cannot be forgotten in history of mankind when Covid shackled the whole world the hiring was slump across the industries. 2021 we saw some light at the end of the tunnel we started our first virtual hiring.
